We are delighted to have made it to our 40th anniversary – the very first beer was brewed on 3rd October 1981 and we have replicated the beer brewed on that day (Crouch Vale Best Bitter) from the old brewing records. It would be fair to say that it’s quite old-school, with plenty of crystal malt character and hopped with ultra-retro. Fuggles and Goldings. Here’s to the next 40!
